How we work.
The full three-stage xDPF Method™ behind every Expert Intelligence System™ we build. For the thinking behind why we work this way, see Our Why.
The xDPF Method™: engagement that scales as the system does.
Discovery does the heaviest lift: setting strategy, architecting the solution, and proving direction before anything gets built at real scale. Every stage after that carries its own weight too, each one delivered in full, not rushed to get to the next.
What you can expect: our own hands-on time is heaviest early and lightens as the system moves toward production, and a downstream development partner may join the work alongside us, and eventually carry it further than we do, if the opportunity calls for one.
Opens with an in-person meeting bringing together three people: you, your technical/ops lead, and someone with feet-on-the-ground understanding of worker need. This is where the heaviest lifting happens: we extract your experts' knowledge, set strategy, architect the solution, and pressure-test direction through early prototyping, structuring all of it into a first working EIS.
Validation moves in two steps, first controlled, then open inside the real organization, proving with real usage and real data which parts of the EIS actually earn a full production build. This is often where a downstream development partner, if the opportunity calls for one, starts to join the work alongside us.
The same core group from Discovery stress-tests the concept in a controlled, invite-only setting. Not a company-wide launch.
The validated EIS widens to a small group within the larger organization, with full telemetry. Real usage, real data, deliberately not yet hardened for compliance (e.g., HIPAA), which is out of scope for this stage.
We stay on as trusted advisers and fiduciaries through whatever comes next: raising, hiring a build team, hardening internally, or carrying the system all the way to a market-ready product. If a downstream development partner is part of that path, we remain involved to keep their build true to the validated scope and to carry forward the trust you've placed in us, never as builders, PMs, or vendor managers, but never absent either.
